These terms govern your use of the PROMPTERGO website. The website is operated by Beijing Langwei Jingyan Technology Co., Ltd. (“PROMPTERGO”, “we”, “us”), Room 1207, Tower A, Qiancun Business Building, Anzhen Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, People’s Republic of China. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms govern the website and nothing else. They do not govern the purchase of our products, and they do not alter any agreement you have signed with us.

2. The website is not a shop

This website exists to describe our products. No order can be placed, no price is quoted, no payment is taken and no contract of sale is formed through it. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.

Purchase terms, pricing, delivery, warranty, regulatory compliance and support obligations are governed solely by a written quotation, an accepted purchase order, a distributor agreement, a warranty statement, a software licence, or another commercial document signed or issued by us. Where anything on this website differs from such a document, the document prevails.

3. Product information

We work hard to keep this website accurate, but specifications, dimensions, photographs, software features, protocol support, compatibility statements and availability may change without notice, and errors are possible. Photographs are illustrative and may show optional accessories. Please confirm any detail with us in writing before you rely on it for a procurement decision, an integration design or a tender submission.

The PROMPTERGO name and logo are our trade marks. The text, photographs, drawings, product designs, manuals, specification sheets and software described on this website are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

You may view this website, and download or print pages from it, for the purpose of evaluating our products, researching a purchase, or supporting equipment you already own. That permission does not transfer any ownership to you.

5. What you may not do

• Republish, resell or systematically copy our content, or reproduce our catalogue for a competing product line.
• Use our trade marks or product photographs in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or authorised-dealer status that does not exist.
• Extract data from the website by automated means at a scale that burdens our server.
• Probe, scan or interfere with the security of the website, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not made public.
• Reverse engineer any software or firmware we make available, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.

6. Downloads and software

Any specification sheet, manual or other document we publish may be used for evaluating, purchasing, installing or supporting our equipment. Our prompting software is licensed separately, on the terms supplied with it. Nothing on this website grants you a licence to that software.

7. Links to other services

This website links to WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta, so that you can contact us conveniently. It may link to other external services in future. We do not control these services and we are not responsible for them. Once you leave this website, the terms and privacy policy of the service you have gone to will apply to you.

8. No warranty for the website itself

The website and its content are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the website will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or harmful components, or that its content is complete or current at any given moment. This section concerns the website. It does not limit or affect the warranty we give on the products we sell, which is set out in our warranty statement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost business, lost production time or lost data.
